Government Employees Credit Center, Inc. ("GECC") PRIVACY POLICY. This notice is provided to you on behalf of the Government Employees Credit Center, Inc. family of companies (hereinafter referred to as "GECC" or "GECC companies.")

• information, user specific or aggregate, on what pages our visitors access
• the email addresses of visitors that communicate with us via emails and
phone numbers when calling our customer service phone number
• information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others, such
as your account history, your account balance, payment history, and your reasons
for doing business with us
• information we receive from third parties, such as consumer reporting
agencies and other lenders regarding your credit worthiness, credit history,
and to verify your identity
• information we obtain to verify representations made by you, such as your
employment history or income
• information obtained from specialized marketing information firms, such as
household demographics.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may use all the information that we collect, as described above, for the
following purposes:
• To provide you with the products and services you requested.
• To offer you additional products and services, from Affiliated Companies and
Non-Affiliated Third Parties, that may be of interest to you.
• To comply with reporting and other legal requirements.
• To otherwise conduct the business of consumer lending including the
collection of amounts owed to us.
• To analyze the information in order to better service you by enhancing our
underwriting.

COLLECTION AND USE OF BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION FOR LOAN PROCESSING AND
SERVICING
We may consider the bank account information provided by you, along with any
other consumer bank accounts detected as part of our information collection process,
in processing and servicing your loan.
PARTIES TO WHOM WE DISCLOSE YOUR INFORMATION
We may share information about you with companies within our corporate family
(“Affiliated Companies”) and with other companies with whom we do
business (“Non-Affiliated Third Parties”) as required or permitted by
law and described in this Privacy Policy. These Affiliated Companies and
Non-Affiliated Third Parties may be
financial service providers, such as mortgage bankers, mortgage brokers,
consumer lenders, small lenders,installment lenders, loan brokers, deferred deposit
providers, check cashers, supervised lenders, delayed deposit
providers, deferred presentment providers, collection agencies, consumer
reporting agencies, banks, credit card providers, debit card providers,
tax preparers, payroll service providers, insurance agencies, bill payment
agencies, ATM providers, lead generators, pawn and title pawn service
providers, automobile dealers, automobile financing providers, automobile leasing
companies, title lending companies, money transfer and remittance companies, bill
payment providers, financial service provider holding companies and businesses
engaging in the brokering, provisioning, marketing or sale of: money orders,
warranty services, insurance services, and debt consolidation and assistance. Except
as otherwise provided herein, we may disclose all of the information that we collect,
as described above, with Affiliated Companies and Non-Affiliated Third Parties, to
the full extent permitted by law. These companies may use the information that
we share for any legal purpose, including but not limited to, developing and promoting
new or joint products, improving existing products and services, contacting you
to offer products and services that may be of interest to you, and disclosing your
information to other companies that may sell products or services that may be
of interest to you.
If you become an inactive customer, we will continue to adhere to the privacy
policies and practices described in this notice.
GECC may also disclose information to Affiliated Companies and Non-Affiliated
Third Parties that provide services to us (“Service Providers”). We contract with service
providers to perform certain functions on our behalf. Examples include database
providers who assist in identity verification, credit scoring companies,
and direct marketers. Their access is limited only to the personal data needed
to perform their functions, and only for the purpose of performing those functions, and they are prohibited from
using or disclosing information for other purposes.
We also may release information if it becomes necessary for compliance with the
law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our websites, our users, or
third parties. We reserve the right to release such personal data to law enforcement or
other governmental officials as we, in our sole and absolute discretion, deem necessary
to comply with the law. In addition, we reserve the right to use and disclose
Your Information that is not in individually identifiable form as we deem appropriate
in our sole discretion.

We also take steps to safeguard customer information. We restrict access to
nonpublic personal information about you to those of our and our servicer’s employees
who need to know that information to provide short-term loans to you. We maintain physical,

your nonpublic personal information.
INFORMATION COLLECTION PROCESSES

EXPLANATION OF OPT OUT RIGHTS
If you desire to opt-out of disclosures to affiliates and non-affiliated third
parties at any time after application, please email notice of your opt-out

After our receipt of your opt-out election we will remove your name from any
future marketing lists. By electing to opt-out of information sharing you will
not receive updates on new products, services, or other special offers. We may
still send you periodic emails or SMS text messages informing you of technical
service issues related to a service you requested.
CHILDREN AND THE INTERNET
We respect the privacy of your children and comply with the Children’s Online
Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”).
We do not knowingly collect or retain personally identifiable information from
consumers under the age of thirteen (13). You must be at least eighteen (18) years
of age to obtain services from us.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
Because circumstances and technologies change, we reserve the right to change
this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of material changes to this
policy by notifying you of the existence and location of the new or revised privacy policy.
